LSC Code of conduct

Coach Code of Conduct

LYSC coaches are expected to lead by example; promoting sportsmanship, safety, and inclusivity at all times. They must create a positive learning environment, treat all players with respect, communicate appropriately, and follow all mandated clearances and training requirements set by Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer.

Player Code of Conduct

Players are encouraged to give their best effort, show respect to teammates, coaches, referees, and opponents, and uphold the values of fair play. Good sportsmanship, a positive attitude, and a commitment to team practices and games are essential expectations across all age groups.

Parent Code of Conduct

Parents play a vital role in supporting a healthy soccer environment. LYSC asks parents to be encouraging from the sidelines, respect referees and coaches, avoid negative or disruptive behavior, and prioritize fun, development, and safety over competition. No coaching from the sidelines—and no pets at games or practices.
